Can you use NLP to make out of office delays more exact? Reads OOO response, determines the date when they're back and sets up the delay for X days or hours after that return date. Or if there isn't that information for some reason, it defaults to a pre-determined number of days like how it's currently structured. This could probably work for other forms of auto-replies as well, like if someone doesn't work at the company anymore, things like that.

Make a simple check box whether to include signature for a particular email in the sequence, or make components of the signature variable - like if I want to simplify the signature, remove links, stuff like that across multiple sending emails that are all linked to the same sequence. Current structure is pretty rigid (either on or off).

As we utilise Reply as an agency, we would love having the option to generate custom reports. See attached example - on a weekly basis we screenshot these from Reply and manually insert the screenshots into Word documents to send to our clients.
