when I try to send a manual email I received a message "something went wrong. please try again in 5 mins." and "email was not sent. something went wrong."

Hi there. Are you able to add a LinkedIn reply zap - to pull replies and contact info - similar to how you have for email replies?

There is currently no Reply All option in Reply.io . Many of the emails I’m replying to include multiple internal and external stakeholders. Not having a Reply All function creates extra manual work and increases the risk of accidentally excluding someone from the conversation. A native Reply All button in the Inbox is a must-have for teams collaborating on multi-party email threads and would significantly improve day-to-day usability.

Hi. A prospect replied to our campaign yesterday, but the email never made it into the inbox. It's the original email thread, and the prospect is a contact in our campaign. I am becoming increasingly worried with the inbox. We're losing leads because emails are not landing in the inbox. You urgently need a 'catch all' inbox that excludes warmups. Reply.io needs an Outlook extension or inbox sync that allows users to associate inbound and outbound emails sent directly from Outlook with existing contacts or sequences in Reply. In real-world use, sales reps often receive referrals or warm introductions via Outlook and need to reply directly from their inbox. Currently, those conversations are not visible or trackable in Reply, which creates gaps in activity history, reporting, and follow-up. An Outlook extension that allows users to: Log Outlook emails to an existing contact in Reply Associate emails with a sequence or stage View Reply contact context directly within Outlook would ensure complete conversation tracking and prevent warm leads from being lost outside the platform.

Reply.io currently limits Contact Stages to eight, which makes it difficult to accurately track real-world sales outcomes and reporting. Adding a small number of additional stages would significantly improve pipeline visibility and data quality without adding complexity. Specifically, it would be helpful to add stages such as: Proposal Sent – to clearly identify contacts actively reviewing an offer Budget Constraints – to distinguish “not now due to budget” from lack of interest No Longer With Company – to maintain clean data and avoid misclassifying contacts as unresponsive These stages would allow teams to better analyze why deals stall, improve follow-up strategy, and generate more meaningful reporting over time.

When I use the Reply.io inbox to reply to people who have emailed me back, often those people have multiple other email addresses cc'd. When I reply using the inbox feature, it does not have a "reply all" feature but only replies to the person in the original email (not even the person who emailed me back if it is different than the person I originally emailed).
