It is not always the 1st email that bounces. Something in your email could be flagged as spam or you were reported for your content. It would be great if we could see which step the email bounced in

Hi Liani, it's Eugene a PdM here at Reply.
Unfortunately, we don't have this capability now in our platform but I have a workaround for you.
So, when a contact reaches a step in a sequence and it bounces then this contact gets stuck at this step and it doesn't move any further until you remove the 'Bounce' status.
That means you can easily figure out at what step it happened (simply because a contact got stuck in there)
