Reply.io needs an Outlook extension or inbox sync that allows users to associate inbound and outbound emails sent directly from Outlook with existing contacts or sequences in Reply.

In real-world use, sales reps often receive referrals or warm introductions via Outlook and need to reply directly from their inbox. Currently, those conversations are not visible or trackable in Reply, which creates gaps in activity history, reporting, and follow-up.
