  1. How important/painful this issue is for your business (evaluate from 0 to 10, when 10 - is extreme )? If I am to trust reply.io as my single marketing campaign tool and trust it as source of truth for metrics reporting, then this would be problematic at scale. My lesson learned here is don't use test emails in reply.io. and not sure when else i'd want to delete emails from reply.io inbox. I'd say this is a 3In which other cases are you going to use this feature? Removing test email addresses (my company's internal email addresses were used to initially test reply.io) is my only use case for now
What consequences are you trying to avoid when solving the problem this way?Bad metric reporting to my investors and stakeholders. including replies from my test accounts would skew my results higher, which is incorrect
