user andres@canelopartners.com would love to have the option to choose a specific "email open" for a condition, especially if the last email opened.
  1. How important/painful this issue is for your business (evaluate from 0 to 10, when 10 - is extreme )?
1) 9. It doesn't make sense to have conditions based on general variables such as Opens. Would be useful to be able to define a specific step (e.g. Email 4). At this point, the new conditional feature is not offering much more than the previous Triggers feature.
  1. In which other cases are you going to use this feature?
2) I was planning to use this feature in every sequence, but with the current development, doesn't make sense to use it, honestly. Especially if I already had everything set up with Triggers.
  1. What consequences are you trying to avoid when solving the problem this way?
3) Too many emails landing in Spam and accounts getting suspended because of that. If I could specify based on whether the person opened the last email, I would be able to determine the likelihood of that email landing in theirs Spam folder
Note that "Opens" does not address this. The recipient may have opened my first email or two. Let's say they saw those email 3 times. "Opens" would be 3 then. Another user may have opened only the first email once. "Opens" would be 1 then. By the time I sent the third email, if it landed in Spam (because they marked the message so), one user would have Opens = 3 and the other one Opens = 1, but none of them actually opened Email 3. I would like to stop sending emails and switch to LinkedIn engagement with both of them.
  1. Which type is your business (B2B, SaaS, HR agency, etc.)?
4) B2B, SaaS
