Reply is adding a line to the end of all my emails. "Tailoring is crucial. Should my emails not fit, share your thoughts."

I have checked email and reply.io signatures. I have also searched reply.io help pages and the internet. This phrase does not appear anywhere.

I don't have any help options other than one chat I have open with a CS rep who is not responsive.

It is a very odd line to include in an email. I can't send email until it is resolved. Please contact me with suggestions for a fix. Very frustrating and the latest in a string of issues that have prevented us from properly ramping up campaigns using reply.io.
