Sync Time Zones via the integration

1 I think this is hugely neccessary, a massive part of all the work we do in automating our outbound mails is to write emails to our customers or past contacts on automaticl level BUT we are doing so in a very personal way, we at all costs want to avoid this appearing as automatic contact, if a customer were to think that a machine scheduled and sent the mail they will for sure not respond and at worst mark as spam. In our case we are targeting all persons who have enquired and engaged with our company from web contacts right through to lost customers.
Now if a Japanese contact recieves an email at 2am this does not feel real or credible, further they are likely to dump all sales type emails they open at the start of the day into junk or not read or simply delete, you know how it is when you arrive at work with 20 emails in your inbox, you try clean this as quickly as possible rather than give it the attention it deserves, delivering these mails at 10am is a very different use case !!!
- We will continue to add contacts into the platform on an AUTOMATIC basis ie: via the API integration with Hubspot, these will have country designations but unlikely to all have city or state info, personally i dont care if its west coast usa or east coast nor if it is New York or LA, I do very much care if its USA for the above reasons.
Sorry the easy answer is we will use this on an ongoing basis
- Consequences..... as outlined about, massively diminished impact of the mails we send, will not be responded to, go to junk, spam or be deleted, in other words the impact of using Reply will be diminished signfiicantly
4We are strictly a B2B company, we sell a scientific and organic extract to the beverages industry globally, this means our emails go out to buyers and managers at all times of the day
